• ALL Deliveries are made via Tailgate. Someone MUST be onsite to accept delivery, sign for product(s) & to unload from tailgate
• Always inspect your order prior to offloading, for damages!
• Do NOT sign for product if damaged, you have the right to refuse!
• Take photos and videos when unloading (mandatory proof of handling required for any issues)
• Partial orders may be accepted
• Fill out trucking claim form and save a copy
• Call CDS Door immediately regarding damages: 734-730-7789
• YOU MUST Report ANY Visible or Interior damage within 24 hours!
• Inspect and count all materials within 24 hours of delivery!
• Send your videos and photos to: CDSDOOR@GMAIL.COM
• CDS may not claim any responsibility
